Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsSections 449 and 472 of the Imperial Act known as the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894, as amended and in force at the date of commencement of this Act, are repealed so far as they are part of the law of the Commonwealth or of an external Territory.
