AIRSPACE ACT 2007 - SECT 10

    The Minister must cause the Australian Airspace Policy Statement to be reviewed at least once in each of the following periods:

  (a)   the period of 3 years after it is made;

  (b)   the period of 3 years after the completion of the last review.
