Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(3) Subject to this Part, a member holds office for such period of at most 7 years as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re - appointment.
(4) A member who is a Judge ceases to hold office as a member if he or she ceases to be a Judge.
(7) Subject to this Part, a member holds office on such terms
and conditions as are determined by the Minister in writing.
