ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER ACT 2005 - SECT 155

  (1)   There shall be a Board of Directors of Indigenous Business Australia.

  (2)   The Board consists of the following members:

  (a)   a Chairperson;

  (b)   a Deputy Chairperson;

  (c)   7 other members.
