Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Indigenous Business Australia Chief Executive Officer may, on behalf of Indigenous Business Australia, engage such employees as are necessary for the performance of Indigenous Business Australia's functions under this Act.
(2) The terms and conditions of employment of persons engaged
under this section are as determined by the Indigenous Business Australia
Board in writing.
