ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER ACT 2005 - SECT 191L

    Except as expressly provided in this Act or the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 , the Minister is not empowered to direct the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation in relation to any of its activities.
