ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER ACT 2005 - SECT 191Q

    For the purpose of the performance of the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation's functions, the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation must have regard to:

  (a)   the national indigenous land and sea strategy ; and

  (b)   each relevant regional indigenous land and sea strategy .
