ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER ACT 2005 - SECT 192

Basis on which Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Directors hold office

General rule--part - time basis

(1) Subject to this section, an Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Director holds office on a part - time basis.

Chairperson may hold office on a full - time basis

(2) The instrument of appointment of the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Chairperson may declare that the Chairperson holds office on a full - time basis.
