(1) The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Chief Executive Officer may, on behalf of the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation, engage such employees as are necessary for the performance of the Corporation's functions under this Act.
Terms and conditions
(2) The terms and conditions of employment of persons engaged under this section are as determined by the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Board in writing.
