ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER ACT 2005 - SECT 192U

    The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Chief Executive Officer may, on behalf of the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation, make arrangements for the services of officers or employees of:

  (a)   the Public Service of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory; or

  (b)   an authority of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory; or

  (c)   any other organisation or body;

to be made available to the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation.
