ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER ACT 2005 - SECT 193T

    The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation may, by writing under its seal, delegate any or all of its functions and powers to the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Chief Executive Officer or to a member of the staff of the Corporation.
