Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsChapter 2 of the Criminal Code (except Part 2.5) applies to all offences against this Act.
Note 1: Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.
Note 2: Part 2.5 of the Criminal Code (which deals with
corporate criminal responsibility) is excluded from applying to offences
against this Act by subsection 199(10) .
