Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Corporation may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation, by writing under its seal, delegate to a Director or to an employee of the Corporation all or any of its powers under this Act, the regulations or the rules, other than this power of delegation.
(2) A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the purposes of this Act, the regulations or the rules, be deemed to have been exercised by the Corporation.
(3) A delegation of a power under this section does not prevent the exercise of the power by the Corporation.
(4) A reference in this section to a Director shall, if a person
is acting as a Director, be construed as including a reference to a person so
acting.
