Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Australian Border Force Commissioner must give written notice to the Minister of any direct or indirect pecuniary interest that the Commissioner has or acquires and that conflicts or could conflict with the proper performance of the Commissioner's functions.
(2) Subsection (1) applies in addition to section
29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which
deals with the duty to disclose interests).
