AUSTRALIAN CHARITIES AND NOT-FOR-PROFITS COMMISSION ACT 2012 - SECT 125.5

  (1)   The Australian Charities and Not - for - profits Commission Special Account is established by this section.

  (2)   The account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
