AUSTRALIAN CHARITIES AND NOT-FOR-PROFITS COMMISSION ACT 2012 - SECT 30.20

    The Commissioner must register the applicant if:

  (a)   the application is in the approved form ; and

  (b)   if the Commissioner has required the applicant under subsection   30 - 15 (1) to give information or a document--the applicant has given the Commissioner that information or document; and

  ( c )   the applicant is entitled to registration under Division   2 5 .
