(1) There is established by this Act a Commission by the name of the Australian Human Rights Commission.
(a) is a body corporate, with perpetual succession;
(c) may acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property; and
(d) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take
judicial notice of the imprint of the common seal of the Commission appearing
on a document and shall presume that the document was duly sealed.
