AUSTRALIAN JOBS ACT 2013 - SECT 96

  (1)   The AIP advisory board must hold such meetings as are necessary for the performance of its functions.

  (2)   The Chair of the AIP advisory board:

  (a)   may convene a meeting; and

  (b)   must convene a meeting if requested in writing by:

  (i)   the Authority; or

  (ii)   the Minister.
