Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The AUSTRAC CEO may, by writing, delegate any or all of his or her functions or powers to a member of the staff of AUSTRAC.

(2) In performing functions and exercising powers under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the AUSTRAC CEO.
