Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Each member of a Land Council must make to the Council written disclosures of the member's direct or indirect pecuniary interests in accordance with a determination of the Minister under this section.
(2) The Council must keep a register of the interests disclosed in accordance with the determination.
(3) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, make a determination specifying:
(a) the kinds of interests to be disclosed; and
(b) the manner in which, and the times at which, disclosures are to be made; and
(c) the form in which the register is to be kept.
