AUSTRALIAN MARITIME SAFETY AUTHORITY ACT 1990 - SECT 2

  (1)   Subject to subsection   ( 2), this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

  (2)   Sections   35, 48, 62 and 63 commence on 1   January 1991.
