Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where the Authority so determines, a resolution is to be taken to have been passed at a meeting of the Authority if, without meeting, 4 or more members indicate agreement with the resolution in accordance with the method determined by the Authority.
(2) Such a resolution is taken to have been passed on a day determined in accordance with that method.
