AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL REGISTRY OF EMISSIONS UNITS ACT 2011 - SECT 91

    None of the following:

  (a)   the Minister;

  (b)   a delegate of the Minister;

  (c)   the Secretary;

  (d)   a delegate of the Secretary;

  (e)   the Regulator;

  (f)   a delegate of the Regulator;

is liable to an action or other proceeding for damages for, or in relation to, an act or matter in good faith done or omitted to be done:

  (g)   in the performance or purported performance of any function; or

  (h)   in the exercise or purported exercise of any power;

conferred by this Act or the regulations.
