AUSTRALIAN PRUDENTIAL REGULATION AUTHORITY ACT 1998 - SECT 54A

Financial Claims Scheme Special Account

  (1)   The Financial Claims Scheme Special Account is established by this section.

  (2)   The Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 .
