AUSTRALIAN RENEWABLE ENERGY AGENCY ACT 2011 - SECT 3

    The main object of this Act is to:

  (a)   improve the competitiveness of renewable energy technologies; and

  (b)   increase the supply of renewable energy in Australia; and

  (c)   facilitate the achievement of Australia's greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets; and

  (d)   contribute to the reduction of global greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the Paris Agreement.
