AUSTRALIAN RENEWABLE ENERGY AGENCY ACT 2011 - SECT 39

  (1)   An appointed member holds office on the terms and conditions (if any) in relation to matters not covered by this Act that are determined by the Minister.

  (2)   Before the Minister makes a determination under subsection   (1), the Minister must consult the Finance Minister.
