Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) ARENA may engage consultants to provide technical and specialist advisory services to assist ARENA in the performance of its functions.
(2) The consultants are to be engaged on the terms and conditions that ARENA determines.
(3) A person must not be engaged as a consultant to perform operational or administrative duties of a kind that are performed, or are capable of being performed, by the persons who have been employed by, or made available to, ARENA as referred to in section 61.
