Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The CEO may, by instrument in writing, delegate any of the CEO's powers or functions to a person holding, or performing the duties of:
(a) a Senior Executive Service office, or equivalent, in the Department;
(b) an Executive Level 1 or 2 position, or equivalent, in the Department.
(1A) However, the CEO may only delegate the CEO's powers or functions under section 80C (review of improvement notice decisions) to a person holding, or performing the duties of, a Senior Executive Service office, or equivalent, in the Department.
(2) In exercising powers or functions under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the CEO.
