Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Board, or an employee authorised by the Board, may remit the whole or a part of a service charge or late payment penalty if:
(a) a written application is made by the person who incurred the charge or penalty; and
(b) the Board or the employee is satisfied that the remission is
justified by exceptional circumstances or circumstances beyond the control of
the person.
