AUTONOMOUS SANCTIONS ACT 2011 - SECT 21

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person has been given a notice under section   19; and

  (b)   the person does not comply with the notice.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 12 months.

  (2)   Section   15.1 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction--category A) applies to an offence against subsection   (1).
