Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purpose of furthering the main objects of this Act, the Minister may by legislative instrument specify a provision of a law of the Commonwealth as a sanction law.
(2) The Minister may specify a provision in relation to
particular circumstances.
