Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person with incident reporting responsibilities must report aviation security incidents in accordance with this section.
(2) Each incident must be reported to the Secretary.
(3) An incident that relates to the airport of an airport operator must be reported to the airport operator.
(4) An incident that relates to the aircraft of an
aircraft operator must be reported to the aircraft operator.
