Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsEach of the following who is on duty at a security controlled airport is a law enforcement officer :
(i) the Australian Federal Police; or
(ii) the police force of a State or a Territory;
(b) a protective service officer (within the meaning of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979 );
(c) a special protective service officer (within the meaning of
the Australian Federal Police Act 1979 ) who has the same powers as a
protective service officer.
