Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsSubject to this Division and section 185ZCA, if a person is registered under section 186D as a debt agreement administrator, the registration remains in force for:
(a) if the registration is not by way of renewal--3 years beginning when the person's details are entered on the National Personal Insolvency Index; or
(b) if the registration is by way of renewal--3 years beginning
immediately after the person's existing registration as a debt agreement
administrator expires.
