BANKRUPTCY ACT 1966 - SECT 18AA
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 does not apply to the Official Trustee
Despite paragraph 10(1)(d) of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 , the Official
Trustee is not a Commonwealth entity for the purposes of that Act.
