Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An action, suit or proceeding does not lie against the Inspector - General, an Official Receiver, the trustee of the estate of a bankrupt or any other person in respect of a statement made in good faith in a report prepared or given to a person under subsection 12(1A) or (1B), section 189A or section 20 - 25, 20 - 60, 40 - 60 or 70 - 40 of Schedule 2.
(2) Subsection (1) shall not be taken to limit or affect
any other right, privilege, immunity or defence existing apart from that
subsection.
