Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) ASIC may arrange for the use, under ASIC's control, of computer programs for any purposes for which ASIC may make decisions under this Act or the Transitional Act, other than a decision under subsection 57(6) of this Act or subitem 28(6) of Schedule 1 to the Transitional Act.
(2) A decision made by the operation of a computer program under
an arrangement made under subsection (1) is taken to be a decision made
by ASIC.
