BROADCASTING SERVICES ACT 1992 - SECT 61AU

  (1)   The ACMA is to maintain a register, to be known as the Register of Controlled Media Groups.

  (2)   The Register is to be maintained by electronic means.

  (3)   The Register is to be made available for inspection on the internet.

  (4)   The Register is not a legislative instrument.

  (5)   The ACMA must begin to comply with subsection   (1) as soon as practicable after the start of 1   February 2007.
