Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) While the authorised officer is in or on the premises, he or she may inspect, examine, count, measure, weigh, gauge, test or analyse, and take samples of, the export goods.
(2) The authorised officer may remove from the premises any
samples taken, and arrange for tests or analyses to be conducted on them
elsewhere.
