CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - SECT 128
Unshipment of ships' and aircraft's stores
Ships' stores and aircraft's stores which are unshipped
or unloaded with the approval of the Collector shall be entered:
(a) for home consumption; or
(b) for warehousing.
