Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Comptroller - General of Customs may maintain a register, to be known as the Register of Trusted Trader Agreements, containing information of a kind prescribed by the rules in relation to each trusted trader agreement entered into under this Part.
(2) The Register of Trusted Trader Agreements is to be made publicly available.
(3) The Register of Trusted Trader Agreements is not a
legislative instrument.
