Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Comptroller - General of Customs may, by notice in writing given to the holder of a broker's licence, cancel the licence if the Comptroller - General receives a written request from the holder of the licence that the licence be cancelled on and after a specified day.
