Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) While a person is being taken to a particular place under this Division (except under subsection (2)), the person is regarded as being detained under this Division.
(a) a person detained under this Division is released at any place other than the place at which he or she was first detained; and
(b) the person so requests;
the person must immediately be returned free of charge to the place of the
first detention.
