Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts The Supreme Court of a State, the Supreme Court of the
Australian Capital Territory or the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory of
Australia on the application of any person who desires to commence any
proceeding mentioned in the last section against an officer may require the
officer to give security to the satisfaction of the Court to abide the result
of the proceeding and in default of the giving of such security may sanction
the immediate commencement of the proceeding.
