Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsCustoms prosecutions are proceedings:
(a) for the recovery of penalties under this Act, other than pecuniary penalties referred to in section 243B; or
(b) for the condemnation of ships, aircraft or goods seized as
forfeited.
