Customs or Collector in any Customs prosecution shall be compelled to disclose
the fact that he or she received any information or the nature thereof or the
name of the person who gave such information, and no officer appearing as a
witness shall be compelled to produce any reports made or received by the
officer confidentially in his or her official capacity or containing
confidential information.
