Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts The production of the Gazette containing any proclamation
gazette notice or regulation appearing to have been issued or made under
this Act or the production of any document certified by the Comptroller -
General of Customs to be a true copy of, or extract from any such
proclamation, gazette notice, or regulation issued or made under this Act
shall be prima facie evidence of the issue or making of such proclamation,
gazette notice, or regulation, and that the same is in force.
