Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Commissioner may, by writing, approve a form for the purposes of a provision of this Part.
(2) The Commissioner may, by writing, approve the manner of lodging an application under a provision of this Part.
(3) The Commissioner may, by writing, approve the manner of
withdrawing, under subsection 269TB(3), an application lodged under
subsection 269TB(1) or (2).
