Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a decision of the Comptroller - General of Customs under section 9 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995 .
(2) In subsection (1), decision
has the same meaning as in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 .
