Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf the Minister orders goods to be detained, the Minister must, as soon as practicable after making the order, give written notice of the order to:
(a) the owner of the goods; or
(b) if the owner of the goods cannot be identified after
reasonable inquiry--the person in whose possession or under whose control the
goods were at the time the order was given.
